Order Problems / Product Issues
First—don’t panic 😌. Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll take care of you. You’ll have the option to either get a replacement or request a refund. We’ve got your back!
First, check your order confirmation to make sure everything was placed correctly. If it looks good but nothing’s shown up yet, give it 2–3 more days — sometimes things run a bit late. If it’s still missing after that, contact us and we’ll look into it right away. We got you.
Sometimes items ship separately. Wait 2–3 days to see if the rest shows up. If not, let us know what’s missing and we’ll help fix it.
Some are. If it says “limited drop,” that means once it’s gone, it’s gone. Others might come back — but no promises.

Since everything is made to order, we don’t usually do returns for that — but reach out anyway. If we haven’t started making it yet, we might be able to cancel or swap it.
